Prairie
Community Services (PCS) provides homes and services to people with
developmental and delayed disabilities, mental illness, traumatic brain
injuries, and other health related needs wherever identified in
communities throughout Minnesota.
We emphasize activity rich programming, integration within the fabric of
every community, independence, and respect for the individuality of those
we serve.
Trained
full and part-time staff available 24 hours a day and as requested.
Programming
for individual needs supervised by a QMRP (Qualified Mental
Retardation Professional), mental health professional, a licensed
psychologist and psychiatrist.
Registered
nurses, dietitians and other health care professionals who address
individual medical and nutritional needs
Participation in day placement, day treatment and vocational readiness
on a regular basis
For more than 20 years, Prairie
Community Services has been responsive to requests and proposals to
provide services for people with a variety of special needs. Prairie
Community Services continues to identify needs and opportunities to expand
quality services.
